Percy H. Davis Limited is not responsible for packaging or special shipping requirements. Shipper is responsible for making sure parcel is in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. All parcels shall be sent by ground courier unless shipper otherwise instructs in writing.

Instructions

Carrier will not accept shipments exceeding $10,000, jewellery, precious metals, works of art, articles of a perishable or fragile nature, personal effects, goods likely to cause damage/injury/loss of life/inflammable explosive/corrosive, radioactive, noxious, or magnetic goods/compressed gases/oxidizers.

Import Shipments

1. A copy of shipper's invoice MUST be affixed to the outside of the package and shipped to:

   Portal, North Dakota 58772

2. Instruct your supplier to ship via UPS or Fedex PREPAID.

Export Shipments

1. A copy of shipper's invoice MUST be affixed to the outside of the package and shipped to:

   Percy H. Davis Ltd.
   4 Abbott Avenue
   North Portal, Saskatchewan S0C 1W0

2. Ship via COURIER PREPAID.
3. Percy H. Davis Ltd. will clear shipment through Customs and forward immediately to destination.
